Bad 240sx header. : This header purchased from the Net for my 1990 240SX / non-turbo. This so bad a fit it must be for some other 240sx year! Someone said this is for the Japanese 180sx model. It is being sold all over the internet and eBay for the 240sx at $135.00 including shipping. Watch out.

OBX Header fitment problem 1990 240SX : OBX claims my car has a bent frame. It must be in a pretzel to accommodate all the body contacts of with their OBX header. I need to go back and correct another contact point where the two pipes are tickling the floor pan. Ckick on Picture to make larger

Battery Box Relocation : Two hours to design and build battery tray at friend’s metal fabrication shop. Eleven hours to relocate battery to trunk. Drop gas tank. Weld battery tray to frame. Reinstall gas tank. Remove passenger fender. Snake positive cable into passenger compartment Into rocker panel through firewall inside fender into engine compartment. Reinstall fender.
